ATI DRIVERS HELP LOAD TIMES

so here are the drivers that normalized my load times, i found these on Rage3d.com:

THESE ARE BETA DON'T COME CRYING TO ME IF THEY BREAK YOUR COMPUTER SOMEHOW, but I will try to help fix if it does .

IMO uninstall current ATI DISPLAY drivers, restart then install these (click setup in main folder).
